- (1) (1) Evaporated skimmed milk (evaporated skim milk, unsweetened condensed skimmed milk) shall be the product obtained by the partial removal of water only from skimmed milk, shall have not less than 20 per centum of milk solids, and may contain permitted stabilizers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule)
(2) When milk other than cow's milk is used for the manufacture of the product or any part thereof, it shall be so designated along with such origin. - Reference of the measure
