Description of the measure
383.Liquid, dried or frozen whole egg, egg-yolk, egg-white, egg-albumen, or a mixture of these, shall be the egg products obtained by removing the shell of wholesome fresh eggs or wholesome stored eggs and processing them, and may contain salt, sugar and stabilising agents (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule); in the case of dried whole egg, egg-yolk, egg-white and egg-albumen, 2 per centum of anticaking agent (see Part I of the Nineteenth Schedule); and in the case of liquid, dried or frozen egg-whites, a whippingagent (see Part VIII of the Nineteenth Schedule).
