Description of the measure
(1) Whole milk powder (dried full cream milk, full cream milk powder, dry whole milk, milk powder, dried milk, dry milk, powder ed milk or powdered whole milk) shall be the product obtained by the removal of water only from milk, after adjusting of f at and milk solids, if necessary, shall have not less than 26 and not more than 40 per centum of milk fat and not more than 5 per centum of water, and may contain permitted stabilizers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule) and added vitamins.
2) Permitted emulsifiers (see Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule) may be used in the case of powders for instant use
(3) When milk, other than cow's milk, is used for the manufacture of the product or any part thereof, it shall be so designated along with such origin.
