252. Marzipan
Marzipan or almond paste shall be a preparation of ground almond which -
(a) shall contain -
(i) sugar and glucose;
(ii) water;
(iii) one of the following acids -
(A) acetic acid;
(B) tartaric acid; or
(C) lactic acid;
