Description of the measure

303(1) Yogurt, shall be the coagulated product obtained from pasteurised milk, pasteurised cream or a mixture of both which has been subjected to lactic acid fermentation through the action of organisms of the types Lactobacillus bulgarious and streptococcus thermophilus.
