Description of the measure
228.Cassia essence, cassia extract, cassia cinnamon essence, cassia cinnamon extract, cassia flavour or cassia cinnamon flavour shall be the essence, extract or flavor derived from natural or terpeneless oil, obtained from leaves and twigs of Cinnamomum cassia L., containing not less than 80 per centum of cinnamic aldehyde, and shall correspond, in flavouring strength, to an alcoholic solution containing not less than 2.0 percentum by volume of volatile oil of cassia cinnamon.
