Description of the measure

238.Spearmint essence, spearmint extract or spearmint flavour shall be the essence, extract or flavour prepared from spearmint or from oil of spearmint, obtained from the leaves and flowering tops of Mentha spicata L., and Mentha cardiac , and shall contain not less than 3.0 percentum by volume of oil of spearmint.
