- 29 (1) A person shall not export an animal, animal product, animal by-product or article without an export permit issued by the Director.
(2) The Minister may, by statutory instrument, prohibit the export of animals, animal products, animal by-products or articles from Zambia, or any part of Zambia, in general or to one or more designated countries of destination, unless and until all regulations with regard to their export have been complied with, and may at any time, by like notice rescind such prohibition. - Reference of the measure
