Description of the measure

380. Fish ball or fish cake
(1) Fish ball or fish cake shall be a fish product -
(a) prepared from a mixture of the skeletal muscle of fish with starch, and with or without any of the ingredients mentioned in paragraph (2) (b); and
(b) which has been formed into a ball or cake.
