The rationale of the measure

These regulations shall apply to all mineral water or drinking water bottled, packaged, imported or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Natural mineral water and bottled drinking water shall not contain parasitic, pathogenic or any types of microorganisms and in particular Salmonella, faecal streptococci, coliforms and faecal coliforms
