Description of the measure: 59. (1) No person shall manufacture, prepare, preserve, package or store for sale, any cosmetic, under unsanitary conditions.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (I) commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding P75 000, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both.
