These regulations shall apply to edible fats and oils which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure
(6) Mayonnaise, french and salad dressing and salad cream which are made by mixing edible vegetable oil with dilute acetic acid, dilute vinegar and/or a dilute solution of citric acid with or without emulsifying substances—
(a) may contain mustard, spices, sucrose, glucose and permitted colouring matter; and
(b) may, subject to the provision of the Food and Food Standards(Food Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, SI 136/2001 contain saccharin or its salts;
(c) shall contain no mineral oil;
(d) shall have a maximum pH value of 4.
