- These regulations shall apply to edible fats and oils which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

- (6) Mayonnaise, french and salad dressing and salad cream which are made by mixing edible vegetable oil with dilute acetic acid, dilute vinegar and/or a dilute solution of citric acid with or without emulsifying substances—
(a) may contain mustard, spices, sucrose, glucose and permitted colouring matter; and
(b) may, subject to the provision of the Food and Food Standards(Food Additives and Prohibited Substances) Regulations, SI 136/2001 contain saccharin or its salts;
(c) shall contain no mineral oil;
(d) shall have a maximum pH value of 4. - Reference of the measure
