- Description of the measure
- 9 (1) No coffee product shall be described as a coffee extract or coffee essence unless—
(a) it is in liquid form ; and
(b) it has been prepared only from coffee with or without sugar and permitted preservatives; and
(c) it contains more than 0,5% of Caffeine.
(2) The appropriate description for a coffee product which complies with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be “coffee extract” or “coffee essence ". - Reference of the measure
