- 10 (1) No coffee product shall be described as a coffee and chicory extract or a coffee and chicory essence unless it—
(a) is in liquid form; and
(b) has been prepared only from coffee and chicory with or without sugar and permitted preservatives; and
(c) contains more than 0,25% of caffeine.
(2) The appropriate description for a coffee product which complies with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be “coffee and chicory extract (or essence)". - Reference of the measure
