- PROHIBITION OF THE SALE, ACQUISITION, DISPOSAL OR USE OF MONOCROTOPHOS CONTAINING AGRICULTURAL REMEDIES
The sale, acquisition, disposal or use of Monocrotophos containing remedies approved by the Registrar: Act No. 36 of 1947, is hereby immediately prohibited.
Any person who fails to comply with the conditions of this Regulation shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment. - Reference of the measure
