Description of the measure

Forms of Pack
28 (4) Canned fruit cocktail shall be presented as one of the following forms of pack:
(a) Four fruit - fruit cocktail which shall consist of a mixture of four fruits of the kinds and styles described in subitems (2)(a) and (3): Pro¬vided that --
(i) cherries may be omitted, except for Fancy Grade; or
(ii) grapes may be omitted.
(b) Five fruit - fruit cocktail which shall consist of a mixture of the five fruits of the kinds and styles described in subitems (2)(a) and (3).
