126. (1) (a) The manner in which an application for an import permit must be made by an importer is to complete the official application form obtainable from the national executive officer and to submit it to him or her.
(b) Any person who knowingly provides false information on an application form for an import permit is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to the penalties referred to in section 22(3) of the Act. - Reference of the measure
