- These regulations shall apply only to meat and preparations of meat which are sold or intended for sale in Zimbabwe.

- Mixed meat sausages and sausage-meat—
(a) shall be composed of clean, sound and wholesome skeletal musculature and fat of any animal used as food, and the total meat content shall be not less than 75%, and the meat protein nitrogen shall be not less than 1,75%; and
(b) shall not contain more than 6% of starch; and
(c) may contain permitted preservatives, spices, harmless flavouring substances and added phosphates not exceeding 0,5%. - Reference of the measure
