- 7 No person other than a pharmaceutical chemist or an authorized seller of poisons, shall sell, or have in his possession for sale, any pre-packed concentrated acetic acid, whether coloured or not, containing more than 15% of acetic acid unless—
(a) it is described as "concentrated solution of acetic acid .........%"; and
(b) there is printed on the main label, in red letters no smaller than 12 point, upon a light-coloured background, the words " Dangerous—not to be used unless diluted " - Reference of the measure
