The rationale of the measure

These regulations shall apply to all fish and fish products which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure

(4) Oysters and other shellfish shall be maintained in a wholesome condition.
(5) Shucked oysters shall contain not more than 10% fluid by volume separated by draining for 5 minutes through a 1680 micro sieve.
