These regulations shall apply to preserves, other than jam and marmalade prepared for consumption by diabetic persons and labelled accordingly, table-jelly and honey which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

5) Fruit-curd shall be a smooth, thick, stable emulsion of—
(a) edible oil or fat, sugar, whole egg or egg-yolk; and
(b) fruit, fruit-pulp, fruit-purée or fruit-juice;
with or without added citric acid, water, edible starch or flour, essential oils and other minor ingredients
