Description of the measure

Except as provided for in 3.2, pipes and pipe fittings shall be manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride. Only those additives required for the manufacture of the polymer and to facilitate itssubsequent conversion into sound, durable extrusionsor mouldings and such pigments as are necessary to enable the pipes and pipe fittings to comply with the requirements of 3.1.4 shall have been added.
