Description of the measure
Article 31
1. Raw diamonds intended for export must be packed in tamper-evident packaging sealed by Customs in the presence of a Technical Brigade of the Kimberley Process Management Unit, Precious Metals and Gems and accompanied by the Kimberly Process
2. At the time of export, the original Kimberly case shall be placed in a specific packaging, which shall be sealed by the competent authority in the presence of the Technical Brigade of the Kimberly Process Management Unit, Precious Metals and Gems.
Article 41
1. Precious metals or gemstones intended for export must be packed in appropriate packaging sealed by the Directorate General of Customs in the presence of the Technical Brigade of the Kimberley Process Management Unit, Metals
At the time of export, the original of the Certificate of Origin shall be placed in a specific packaging and sealed by the competent authority in the presence of the verification bureau of the Kimberley Process Management Unit, Precious Metals and Gems.
