Description of the measure

Pipes shall be so stacked and fittings shall be so packed or wrapped as to protect them from damage during normal handling, transportation and storage and, in the case of pipes and fittings with rubber ring type joints, so as to prevent oil or grease from contaminating the rubber joint or ring.
