Description of the measure

When wash-hand basins, sinks, urinals and cisterns are being inspected, view the surface under inspection from a distance of approximately 600 mm and when wash-hand basin pedestals, water-closet pans and bidets are being inspected, view them from a distance of approximately 600 mm above the rim of the fixture while the fixture is rocked to each side and backwards at an angle approximately 45 °C.
