- 11.(1) Milk obtained from a cow within 15 days before and 5 days after calving shall not be sold or delivered for human consumption.
(2) Milk shall be free from colouring matter, preservative or anything foreign to natural milk and shall contain not less than 3.25 per cent of milk fat and not less than 8 percent of solids other than fat. - Reference of the measure
