Description of the measure: This Uganda Standard prescribes the list of substances which cosmetic products must not contain except subject to the restrictions laid down. This standard applies only to cosmetic products and not to medicinal products, medical devices or biocidal products. (This Uganda Standard cancels and replaces US 442-3:2003, List of substances which cosmetics must not contain except subject to conditions applicable to drugs and conditions laid down, which has been technically revised and republished).
