- This Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, packing, marking and methods of sampling and test for hair creams, lotions and gels based on vegetable oil or mineral oil, or any combination of the above, with fatty acids or fatty acid emulsions. It also applies to hair conditioners and setting lotions. This standard does not cover hair sprays, hair sheens or hair oils including hair creams, lotions and gels for which therapeutic claims are made.
