- This Uganda Standard specifies quality requirements, food additives, contaminants, hygiene, packaging, labelling,methods of sampling and test for edible groundnut oil derived from seeds of Arachis hypogaea L. (groundnuts, peanuts). The standard does not apply to groundnut oil intended for further processing in order to render it suitable for human consumption.
