These regulations shall apply to all canned vegetables which are sold or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Description of the measure
18 Canned mixed vegetables shall be prepared from a mixture of not less than 3 varieties of fresh or preserved vegetables each with a characteristic bright and attractive colour and—
(a) shall have a minimum drained mass of 60% of the net mass;
(b) all the vegetables shall be reasonably free from defects and insect damage;
(c) at least 3 varieties shall each constitute at least 10% but not more than 40% of the drained mass;
(d) shall contain no artificial colouring matter;
(e) shall be packed in a clear liquid consisting of water and extracts from the vegetables concerned
