These regulations shall apply to all mineral water or drinking water bottled, packaged, imported or manufactured for sale in Zimbabwe.

Natural mineral water and bottled drinking water shall be packaged in a clear and *transparent container such that the appearance of the is not distorted in any way and the water is clearly visible without opening the container
