Description of the measure

4. Restriction on exportation of certain agricultural products (1) No person shall
export any agricultural product specified in the Second and Third Schedules hereto except
under and in accordance with a written permit issued by the authorized officer.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subregulation (1), no permit shall be required for
the exportation of any agricultural product which does not exceed the quantities specified under
the Second Schedule.
