Description of the measure

10. The Authority shall grant food registration certificate as prescribed
under the Third Schedule if it is satisfied that-
(b) in case of imported food supplements and infant formulae, follow up formulae and formulae for special medical purposes for infants their respective manufacturing plants shall be inspected prior to grant of registration.
