Description of the measure

5 (8) A remedy imported into Malawi for re-export within a period of fourteen days while remaining in unopened original containers shall be subject to sub regulation (1) and shall be exported within the said fourteen days and where repackaging will be done before re-export, such remedy shall be subject to sub regulations (1), (2), (3) and (4), and shall be exported within a reasonable time as agreed upon with the registering officer.
