Description of the measure

6. (1) Every person intending to engage in coffee business shall apply to the Authority or the County Government, as the case may be, using the respective application forms set out in the First Schedule, and shall be issued with the registration certificate or licence, as the case may be, in the corresponding forms set out in the same Schedule.
