Description of the measure

26. All sugar produced locally or imported into
the country shall comply with the prevailing-
(a) quality standards as set by the body for the time
being responsible for setting standards;
(b) safety and health standards as set by the body for
the time being responsible for public health;
( c) environmental issues as set by the body for the
time being responsible for environmental
matters.
