Description of the measure

15. (1) The sugar industry agreements shall recognize the
measures already undertaken to deal with constraints to development
which include the setting of a committee comprising the Kenya Sugar
Authority. Kenya Ports Authority and the Kenya Bureau of Standards to
co-ordinate the inspection and certification of imported sugar.
