Description of the measure: 3.1 A person that intends to import or export any medicine or allied substance shall apply to the Authority for a permit in Form 1 set out in the schedule upon payment of a prescribed fee.
7.4 A permit holder that is not able to import or export the medicines or allied substances in respect of which the permit remains valid may apply for another permit that the permit remains valid may apply for another permit in accordance with regulation 5
