Description of the measure

50 (2) A person who imports or exports any product shall tender the product to the Agency for certification whether the product contains or is made of a controlled substance.
(3) An authorised officer shall inspect and certify whether the controlled substance imported into or exported out of Zambia is in accordance with these Regulations
