Description of the measure

37. (1) A person shall not import any feral or invasive alien species into Zambia.
39. (1) A person commits an offence who —
(a) imports, exports, re-exports, introduces from the sea, or attempts to import, export, re-export or introduce from
the sea, any specimen of a species listed in the First Schedule to these Regulations without a permit or certificate;
