| Liquid Fuels and Gas (Production and Supply) Act | 1.1 This Malawi Standard specifies the requirements for the manufacture and testing of non-pressurised horizontal cylindrical flat or dished ended underground steel storage tanks and their fittings for the storage of petroleum products. 1.2 In order to reduce the number of tank sizes to a minimum it is recommended that only the capacities illustrated be used. | Regulation on the Management of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer | 1. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish rules on the import, export, transit and destruction of substances that deplete the ozone layer and the equipment containing them, with a view to preventing or minimizing their negative impacts on the environment. 2. The following shall also be covered by this Regulation: (A) The substances listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation, known as controlled substances, whether in isolation or in admixture; (B) Aerosol packs, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment containing any of the substances referred to in previous paragraph. 3. | Control of Goods (Trading Margins) Regulations | "8. Goods imported for sale (1) No retailer importing goods for sale shall sell any such goods unless he has delivered to the Price Controller a statement of the actual cost to him of such goods, setting out as separate items, transport, insurance and other charges included in such cost. (2) If the Price Controller is not satisfied with a statement delivered to him pursuant to subregulation (1) he may- (a) call for such further information as he may think necessary; or (b) declare that such goods shall not be sold in Botswana. | Animal Disease (Prohibition of Use of Anabolic Hormones, Thyrostatic Substances and Growth Promoters) Regulations, 2006 | "5.(1)The Director shall, for the purposes of testing any stock for residues of prohib-ited or authorised substances, determine the stock and farms to be sampled and the tests to be applied in determining the residues of prohibited or authorised substances. (2)Samples of stock collected by an officer of the Veterinary Services Depart-ment shall be submitted by the Director to an approved laboratory for testing. Results of tests. 6.(1)The results of any test carried out on any samples by an approved laboratory shall be final. (2)Where a laboratory test confirms the presence in stock of — (a)a prohibited substance; or (b)residues exceeding the maximum natural physiological levels for an au-thorised substance or which shows an unreasonable use of such sub-stance, the laboratory shall notify the Director forthwith of such results. (3)The owner of the farm, the stock of which have been found with prohibited substances or residues referred to in subregulation (2) shall not move or cause to be moved such stock from the farm, unless he is authorised in writing by the Director to do so, and all the stock on the farm shall be identified in such manner as the Director may determine. (4)All stock on such farm shall be subject to tests and — (a)any stock found with residues exceeding the maximum natural physio-logical levels for an authorised substance shall not be slaughtered for human consumption until such time as the director is satisfied that the levels are below the maximum natural physiological limits; or (b)any stock found with residues of prohibited substances shall be destroyed under the supervision of an officer of the Veterinary Services Department. | Tolerances of Poisonous Noxious Seeds in Grain Cereals, Legumes and Oilseeds Intended for Human Consumption Regulations, 2019 | "4.
