Kenya Standard specification for cheddar cheese: KS 28-2:2015
The standard Specifies the quality, performance, permitted ingredients, permitted food additives and the limits, labeling, packaging requirements and also specifies microbiological, heavy metals and pesticide residues test and sampling and production and handling for cheddar cheese for human consumption.
