15 Protected Wild Life
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no person shall, except in accordance with a permit issued by the authorised officer -
(a) hunt, rear, have in possession, purchase, sell or export, any protected wildlife or wildlife product derived from protected wildlife;
(b) have in his possession, purchase, sell or export any dead protected wildlife or stuffed specimen of protected wildlife.
(2) Any person may, except for the purpose of trade -
(a) capture for the purpose of rearing;
(b) rear,
any bird of a species specified in the Third Schedule.

(1) No person shall export petrol, diesel, paraffin, aviation fuels or gas from

It is prohibited to transfer to or receive from a State which is not party to the Convention chemicals contained in Schedule 2, or products containing such chemicals.

b) the product contains ten percent (10%) or less of a Schedule 2B chemical;

15 (2) Any person who produces, possesses, transports, exports, imports into the United Republic, sales, purchases or does any act or omits anything in respect of drugs or substances not specified in the Schedule to this Act but have proved to have drug related effects,commits an offence, and upon conviction shall be sentenced to life imprisonment.

11. Requirements for importation and exportation
(2) A person shall not import, export or attempt to import, export process, store for sale—
(a) any poisonous fish including species of the families tetradonidae, molidae, diodontidae, canthigasteridae and gempildae;
(b) fish or fishery products containing
(i) biotoxins, toxins, antibiotics and contaminants;
(ii) foods additives not permitted or in amounts exceeding permissible levels;
(iii) the quality is such that it is unfit for human consumption;
(iv) fish or fishery products contaminated with radioactive material;
(v) or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of these rules.
70.(1)The goods specified in Part A of the third, Schedule are prohibited goods and the exportation of the goods is prohibited.
(2)The goods specified in Part B of the Third Schedule Are restricted goods and the exportation of the goods, save in accordance with any conditions regulating their exportation, is prohibited.
71(1) The Council may by order published in the Gazette amend the Third Schedule, and that order may provide that the exportation of any goods, or class of goods—
(a) Is prohibited, either generally or in relation to a Partner State;
(b) Is prohibited, save in accordance with any conditions regulating their exportation, either generally or in relation to a Partner State.
(2)The Council may, by order, published in the Gazette—
(a) Provide that the exportation from a Partner State Of any goods or class of goods shall be prohibited, or shall be prohibited save in accordance with such conditions as may be specified in such order;
(b) limit in respect of a Partner State the application of the provisions of the Third Schedule In respect of all or any of the goods specified therein; and there upon in respect of such goods the provisions of this Act Shall apply as if such goods are, or are not, as the case may be, included in the Third Schedule.
(3)An order made under this section may specify goods, or any class of goods, either generally or in any particular manner and may prohibit or restrict the exportation thereof either to all places, or to any particular country or place, or to any particular person
2. Prohibition
The manufacture, importation, exportation and sale of polycarbonate infant feeding bottles containing Bisphenol A is hereby in terms of section 2(1 )(a)(iv) of the Act, prohibited.

3. (1)A person is prohibited from producing, importing, exporting, using or placing on the market any of the following ozone-depleting substances including equipment or products containing such substances, unless it is for critical use-
(a)Chlorofluorocarbons;
(b)bromochlorofluorocarbons;
(c)halons;
(d)carbon tetrachloride;
(e) 1,1,1 trichloroethane;hydrobromofluorocarbons; and
(g)bromochloromethane.
(2)Sub-regulation (1) does not apply to-
(a)the placing on the market and use of halons that have been reclaimed from existing fire protection systems before the coming into effect of these regulations; and
(b)the placing on the market and use of halons for critical use.
(3)A person wanting to use recovered halons in existing fire protection systems, after the date of
coming effect of these Regulations, must apply for approval to the Director-General.
(4)The application contemplated in sub-regulation (3) must be done in a letter format and include the following information-
(a)applicant's name and contact details;
(b)brief description of applicant business activity in relation to the use of halons;
(c)quantities of halons requested for use in existing fire protection systems or placing on the market; and
(d)measures in place to reduce the emissions.
(5)The Director General may upon receipt of the application contemplated in sub-regulation (4) in writing-
(a)grant approval and provide a reference number and any conditions or(b)requirements which must be adhered to;
(b)refuse the application and provide reasons for the decision; or
(c)require the applicant to make amendments, and specify the timeframe within which the applicant must resubmit.
(6)The provisions of sub-regulation(1) are not applicable to the use, export or placing on the market of products or equipment containing the ozone depleting substances contemplated in sub-regulation
(1) which were manufactured or imported before the coming into effect of these Regulations.
(7)No person is allowed to import, place on the market or use methyl bromide after 1 January 2015, unless it is for critical use

(ii) Scientific or research purposes.
12 (5) Captive elephants which are part of a bona fide circus may be temporarily imported or exported for a limited, specified period, not exceeding the period of performance, for the sole purpose of use in the circus.
