Description of the measure

1. The export or import of diamonds, precious metals and gemstones is carried out only through Diamond, Precious Metals and Gemstones, to be approved by the Government.
2. The Government shall designate the State enterprise that shall act as facilitator in the export or import of diamonds, precious metals and gemstones, in said Business Warehouses.
