This Standard specifies Quality factors, maximum residue limits, labelling and packaging
for the whole, shelled or split pulses defined below which are intended for human consumption. The following pulses are covered by this standard: beans of the Phaseolus spp; lentils; peas; chickpeas; field beans; cowpeas; jugo bean; mung bean; groundnut/ peanut; soybean.
