Description of the measure

Specifies requirements and methods of sampling, testing, food additives, contaminants, packaging and labelling of virgin and refined edible palm oil derived from fruit (mesocarp) of the palm (Elaeis guineensis). These measures do not cover crude palm oil subject to further processing in order to render it suitable for human consumption.
