Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act | "16. Schedule 2 chemicals (1) Except as authorised by this Act, a person shall not receive, transfer, import or export a Schedule 2 chemical or its precursor to a non-State Party- (a) without first notifying the Authority; and (b) unless it contains a low concentration of Schedule 2 chemicals to the extent allowed by the Convention.
