(5) Where the transportation through Zimbabwe of explosives referred to in subsection (2) is not, in the opinion of the chief Inspector, continued within a reasonable time, the Chief Inspector may direct that the explosives be transported back to the country from which they were first transported.

1. Only rough diamonds from countries participating in the Kimberley Process may be exported or imported.
2. Exporters, importers or their representatives must declare on their honor that the rough diamonds in their possession have not been illegally acquired and must present their Kimberley Process Certificate.
3. The declaration shall be made out in honor of the form set out in Annex I to this Regulation.
8.13 Measures should be in place to ensure that pharmaceutical products have documentation that can be used to permit traceability of the products throughout distribution channels. For transactions between manufacturer/importer, wholesaler and the entity responsible for selling or supplying the product to the patient or his or her agent (see also 14.2), records must include expiry dates and batch numbers as part of a secure distribution documentation enabling traceability.
37(1) Entry in terms of section thirty-four shall not be valid unless
(a) Particulars of the goods and packages in that entry correspond with the particulars of the goods and packages as reported in terms of section twenty, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, or twenty-five, and in the certificate or other document, where any is required, by which the importation of those goods is authorized
(b) The goods have been properly described in the entry by the denomination and with the characters, circumstances, and origin according to which they may be imported or are charged with duty;
(c) the value of the goods in terms of section eighty-five has been declared; and
(d)all documents required by the Customs Services Division have been produced and all questions asked by the Customs Services Division in relation to such documents or the imported goods, have been answered; and
(e) The registration number is assigned electronically by the Customs Computer System, on the entry duly signed by a declarant or importer, where such facilities exist.
(2) Goods taken or delivered by virtue of an entry which is not valid, out Of any ship, aircraft, vehicle, pipeline, customs area, or bonded warehouse, or other place where they have been deposited in terms of this Act shall be deemed to be goods landed or taken without entry, and any person taking or delivering such goods shall be guilty of an offence.
(3) If any goods in respect of which a valid entry has been made
(a) are delivered to any person from any customs area or other place where they have been deposited in terms of this Act pending clearance through customs, or from any ship, aircraft, vehicle, or pipeline; or
(b) Are tampered with in any way whatsoever; before authority for delivery has been granted in such manner as may be prescribed, the person delivering or tampering with them shall be guilty of an offence.

B853: Distribution and location of products after delivery
39.-(1) The manufacturer, importer, distributor, health care facility and a retailer of medical devices shall each maintain a distribution record in respect of each medical device.

(3) An import or export permit referred to in subsection (1) shall state—
(a) the name and address of the importer and the exporter;
(b) the name and address of the consignee, if any;
(c) the name of the substance listed in the Second Schedule;
(d) the quantity of the substance to be imported or exported;
(e) the expected port of exit from the exporting country or Zimbabwe;
(f) the expected port of entry into Zimbabwe or the importing country;
(g) the expected date of dispatch or arrival;
(h) any other details as may be required by the exporting or importing country.
(7) Any person who imports or exports a substance listed in the Second Schedule shall—
(a) state on every invoice, cargo manifest or similar document—
(i) the name and address of the importer and exporter;
(ii) the name and address of the consignee, if any;
(iii) the quantity of the substance to be imported or exported, as the case may be;
(b) keep the invoice, cargo manifest or similar document for a period of five years for record purposes.
(8) Any person who imports or exports any substance shall, within thirty days of the import or export of such substance, notify the Authority in Form P.C.S 3 of such import or export.
4. Any person who is authorised to import a substance listed in the Second Schedule shall keep a record in Form P.C.S. 4—
(a) of the quantity of any substance acquired or supplied by him or her;
(b) the date of the transaction;
(c) the name and address of the supplier; and
(d) the person to whom the substance is supplied.
29. (1) An importer, exporter, manufacturer, distributer, dispenser, or user of veterinary medicinal products shall keep, in the prescribed form, records of all transactions or activities relating to the medicines they import, export, manufacture, distribute, dispense, or use.
44. (1) A person who
a) imports;
(b) exports;
(c) manufactures;
(d) distributes; or
(e) sells,
Schedule 1A, 1B, or 1 C medicines, or precursor chemicals, shall keep a separate register for each of the categories of medicine, and a separate register for the precursor chemicals.

"46. Consignment of drugs
(1) No person shall in the course of supplying a drug to a person in Malawi consign that drug by road or rail by a route which entails the carriage of that drug beyond the borders of Malawi unless he is in possession of a movement licence.
(2) The holder of a movement licence shall comply with regulation 45 (b) and (c), as if the drugs to which that movement licence relates were drugs to be exported by him."
