4(4) No consignment of table grapes classified as "Class 1" or "Class 2" or "Lowest Class" shall contain:
(a) any foreign matter in excess of the tolerance as set out in Table 2
4 (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-regulations (2) and (3), a consignment of wheat shall
(a) be free from any toxin, chemical or any other substance that renders it unsuitable for human consumption or for processing into or utilisation thereof as food or feed and may not exceed the permissible deviations regarding aflatoxin in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972;
(b) not contain more poisonous seeds or ergot sclerotia than permitted in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972;
(c) be free from organisms of phytosanitary importance as determined in terms of the Agricultural Pest Act 36 of 1983;
4. (1 ) A consignment of canola shall -
(b) be free from any substance that renders it unsuitable for human or animal consumption or for processing into or utilisation as food or feed;
(c) contain not more poisonous seeds or ergot sclerotia than permitted in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972);
(d) shall be free from glass, metal, coal or dung;
(e) with the exception of Class Other canola, be free from insects and snails

4(3) No consignment of citrus fruit classified as "Class 1" or "Class 2" or "Lowest Class" shall contain --
(a) any organisms which may be a source of danger to the human being; and
(b) Arthropoda infestation including the organisms which according to paragraph (a) do not form part of plant injurious organisms, excluding organisms which may be a source of danger to the human being, on more than 3% of the citrus fruit or three free live Arthropoda per pallet load or part thereof in the consignment: Provided that it does not exceed a maximum of one Arthropoda per container.

2. (1) For the purpose of section 2(l)(b (i) of the Act, shellfish and shellfish products are hereby deemed to be contaminated, impure, or decayed if the following biotoxins exceed the corresponding limits when measured by
the methods prescribed under the annexure to these regulations or any equivalent accredited method.
