- 1. The production and import of the plastic bag shall comply with the Mozambican Standard NM 596.
2. Establishments or places engaged in the marketing of foodstuffs shall comply with the thickness laid down in Article 4 (1) of this Regulation and shall ensure that the plastic bag sold does not exceed 40% of recycled material.
3. The distribution and use of the plastic bag with recycled material shall be authorized for establishments not involving trade in foodstuffs and shall comply with the thickness laid down in Article 4 (1) of this Regulation.
4. Without prejudice to the above mentioned Mozambican Standard, the producer shall label the plastic bag produced with the following indication:
A) Company name and/or logo;
B) Physical address;
